CONGO:
The Congo African Grey Parrot has its roots in Central Africa. Its domain ranges from the southeast portion of the Ivory Coast extending all the way through western Kenya and down into Tanzania and Angola.
TIMNEH:
The Timneh African Grey Parrot has its origins in the western coast regions of Guinea, Ghana, and the Ivory Coast of Africa.
These parrots were the second most traded parrots in the 1980's. They can now be found throughout the world in captivity. if you are lucky enough to spot one in the wild, it will most likely be in rain forests, cultivated lands, mangroves, wood savannas, and gardens.
